Promptness

We make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Help us honor this policy for all guests by arriving minutes before your service begins. If you have to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.

Cancellation policy for massage appointments. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. At our discretion, we will require a credit card to book/hold your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior or you show up for your scheduled appointment. If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

Personalized Treatment

It's important that we provide you with the best service and that your experience meets or exceeds your expectations. Please inform your technician if you have questions, concerns or if it's your first time receiving a treatment. If you have health considerations, injuries, soreness or tension let your technician know, so you can get the most out of your service.

Relaxing Environment

In order to provide the most nurturing environment for our guests, please refrain from using your cell phone. There are salon services for children of all ages, but please limit your child's visit to their appointment times only.
